Speedibake is Australia’s premier baker of frozen par baked crusty rolls, baguettes, ciabattas and artisan breads, as well as a full range of frozen dough products that include breads and rolls, cookies, American muffins, pastries, croissants, scones and pull-aparts. Our product offering is rounded out by frozen pizza bases, English muffins, crumpets and pancakes that are ready to thaw and toast. Packaged to suit any need from bulk cartons to individually flow wrapped to penny packed formats.

Our 17,000 m2 manufacturing plant located in Sydney (Ermington) has more than a half dozen continuous lines operating around the clock to satisfy the needs of our customers. Established in 1966 on this site, Speedibake is a part of George Weston Foods Bakery Division. Our bakery roots go much farther back and are most impressive. Since 1882 the Weston name has been synonymous with baking the world over, and in Australia Frank Gartrell has established his first bakery in 1899. In 1949 these two names had met to establish the company we form a proud part of today. From our present site we have been serving the consumer with outstanding baked products, fresh and frozen, for over 35 years. We reach customers in Australia and New Zealand, as well as across the Pacific.
